Teaching Assistant
- Data Structures and Algorithms using Java

Stipend: Upto 25K
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead instructors during live sessions or classes (online or offline).
- Solve student doubts in real-time via chat, voice, or during doubt sessions.
- Evaluate coding assignments, quizzes, and projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct additional doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, or code walkthroughs when required.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students throughout the course.
- Help manage class communication channels (Slack, Discord, etc.) and ensure students stay engaged.
- Support students in setting up development environments, GitHub repositories, and basic tools.
- Track student progress and flag concerns to the instructor or program manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong command of at least one domain
- Data Structures and Algorithms using Java
- Data Structures and Algorithms using C++
- MERN Stack Development
- Data Science
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub, debugging tools, and the command line.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to explain complex technical topics simply and clearly.
- Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or being active in programming communities is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Competitive programming experience (Codeforces, LeetCode, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Web Development or ML.
