Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship & Student Success: Deliver 1:1 mentorship and group support to students in our live, online, and classroom programs. Guide learners across DSA (C++/Java), MERN stack, Java Backend, or Data Science tracks.
• Product Innovation: Collaborate with curriculum and engineering teams to enhance the learning platform, build tools that improve student experience, and design systems for scalable learning interventions.
• Content Engineering: Create and refine coding problems, quizzes, project templates, and instructional guides that reflect real-world scenarios. Ensure alignment with the latest industry demands.
• Teaching & Doubt Solving: Take live doubt sessions and technical concept walkthroughs. Help students understand advanced logic, debug errors, and build robust thinking patterns.
• Project Mentorship: Review student capstone projects, provide architectural and coding feedback, and support deployment where required.
• Platform Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between students and product teams, capturing friction points and translating them into feature improvements.

Qualifications:

• Academic Background: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field – 2025 or earlier batch.
• Domain Expertise: You must be proficient in at least one of the following:
  • Data Structures and Algorithms using C++
  • Data Structures and Algorithms using Java
  • MERN Stack Development
  • Java Backend (Spring Boot)
  • Data Science with AI/ML
  • Data Analytics
  • Competitive Programming
• Problem Solving: Deep knowledge of DSA and algorithmic thinking.
• Coding Fluency: Strong coding skills with practical implementation experience (GitHub projects, live demos, etc.)
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to deliver complex technical content in simple ways.
