Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Java programming courses tailored to students with varying proficiency levels.
- Develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, quizzes, and assignments, to enhance student learning.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices into teaching methodologies.
- Mentor students in problem-solving techniques and coding practices.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine course content and structure.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java programming and a strong understanding of object-oriented concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with competitive programming platforms such as LeetCode and Codeforces is highly desirable.
