Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality, hands-on training on DevOps tools and practices.
• Teach key technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and update course content including presentations, labs, and assessments.
• Conduct interactive sessions and live classes.
• Provide 1:1 mentorship and guidance to students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the DevOps space and integrate them into training modules.
• Participate in curriculum design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with product and engineering teams to ensure training reflects real-world applications.
• Track student progress and offer personalized feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds.
