ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking enthusiastic Java developers fresh out of college to work on innovative products in the casino gaming industry. Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing, and highly autonomous, providing excellent learning opportunities for fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop foundational Java development skills through hands-on experience
- Break down user and technical stories into actionable tasks
- Write unit and integration test cases with clear, maintainable code
- Create technical documentation for development, testing, and support teams
- Participate in code reviews and learn refactoring best practices
- Troubleshoot issues as part of the development team
- Collaborate with international and Indian team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of core Java, multithreading, OOP principles, and Java collections
- Solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms with practical problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with basic design patterns and SOLID principles
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, and CI/CD processes
