SDE-1 : Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop robust backend services using Node.js, Python, and Django.
  • Build efficient frontend apps using React or Vue.js.
  • Deploy scalable cloud-native applications on GCP (preferred), Azure, or AWS.
  • Optimize application performance with caching, refactoring, and clean code.
  • Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with tech trends and software engineering best practices.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 0.6–1+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Proficient in Node.js, Python, and Django.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks: React or Vue.js.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms – GCP preferred (or Azure, AWS).
  • Sound knowledge of DSA and design patterns.
  • Comfortable with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in app performance optimization.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Experience with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
