ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the core platform — from front-end interfaces to back-end systems. You will be the technical backbone of our early product and will work closely with founders and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Build and maintain both front-end (React/Next.js/Angular/Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar) components.
- Implement APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrate with third-party services (payments, CRMs, communication tools).
- Design and manage databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- . Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to refine requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices (Agile, Git workflows, testing).
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like React, Next.js, or Angular.
- Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
- Solid database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and UI best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
- Startup/early-stage experience is a plus.
