Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expectations from candidates include having a basic overview of programming, a passion for coding, and the ability to learn new skills. A solid foundation in Java, C++, or any programming language is essential.
- Prior experience in coding is required along with the aptitude to learn new and advanced technologies.
- Participate in an initial 4-8 week project-specific bootcamp training program. Deployment to client projects will follow based on performance during training.
- Engage in a structured bootcamp led by industry experts who will mentor you and prepare you for internal roles or external opportunities.
- Take responsibility for excelling in new technologies during training and collaborating with internal trainers to build the required technical proficiency.
- Demonstrate acquired skillsets to clients and work collaboratively with their teams on real-world projects.
- Benefit from a dedicated training program aimed at developing industry-specific skills with guidance from experienced instructors.
- Post-training, candidates will be assessed for job readiness through mock interviews, followed by actual interviews with clients or MNC referrals.
