ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Intern to support our data-driven, decision-making processes. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Excel, VBA, statistics, and data handling who are eager to gain hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
- Develop and maintain automation tools using VBA in Excel.
- Assist in statistical analysis and interpretation of data.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests.
- Document processes and maintain data accuracy.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Data Analysis concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Working knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
- Good understanding of statistical models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Good communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Exposure to SQL or basic programming.
- Prior internship or project experience in analytics.
Work Structure:
- Hybrid work model (minimum in-office presence as required).
- Collaborative team environment.
- Performance-based extension and potential full-time opportunity.
- Candidate residing in Mumbai will be preferred.
- Mumbai candidates will follow a hybrid model, while outside Mumbai candidates will have a WFH model.
